Artist Statement
Linda Dian Laterowicz, a natural born artist, has lived in several areas of the United

"The first time I drove through Ipswich,
over thirty years ago, I knew this was where I wanted to settle down.
The beauty of the area, the kindness of it's people and the rich history made the town of
Ipswich a very
desirable place to live; a gem of the North Shore."
Now a resident of 20 years, and will be for many more, she enjoys doing watercolors of
her favorite places
and has done commissions for local residents and others throughout the North Shore area.
Her work can
be found on her website, LDLartstudio.com; in Ipswich at the Ipswich Shellfish Market on
Hayward
Street; in Newburyport at the Newburyport Art Association of which she is a member; on
the IpswichArts.com website; and in her studio located in her home at 8 Brownville Avenue in Ipswich.
As part of the Ipswich community, Linda has served on the board for the Ipswich Business
Association
before it became the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce. She currently is serving on the Ipswich
Cultural
Council and enjoys promoting area artists and The Arts Culture in Ipswich.
Causes she has supported include SAFE Studio, Relay for Life Cancer Research Funding and
